Policies

• ALL RESERVATIONS: 1 person per Jetski.  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to reservation time.  Any late arrivals or no shows will NOT be refunded.  If you wish to re-schedule or cancel your reservation, you must call in advance (2 Hour notice required). If not done within that time frame you will lose your reservation deposit (NO REFUNDS) and the possibility of re-scheduling for another date.

• Please bring valid ID & Credit or Debit card for $300 deposit for incidental damage (Will hold funds during rental time & return at end of trip)

• DRIVERS & PASSENGERS: You MUST BE 21 Or Older To Rent

• SAME DAY BOOKING-If you are making a reservation for the same day,  please be aware there are no refunds if you decide to cancel.

• Weather Conditions: We will give a CALL-TEXT or e-mail to all our customers, providing a rescheduling opportunity. A full refund can be issued if you can’t make it for another date.
